I was recently contacted by Phil Haldiman of the Peoria Independent regarding my interest in participating in an “intimate” (his word) candidate forum which will not be open to the public.
I value all Mesquite residents and public engagements.
One of the pledges of my service, should I have the honor to be elected to represent the Mesquite District, is to be more, not less, inclusive of our community – putting residents first. I want to honor that conviction in every way.
Presuming we can find a mutually agreeable date and time for all involved — and if Mr. Haldiman opens the forum to the community — I look forward to participating!
